2. General Refund Policy

2.1 No Refunds for Services Rendered

Due to the personalized nature of our coaching services, we do not provide refunds for:

  • Completed training sessions or consultations
  • Custom meal plans and nutrition protocols already delivered
  • Personalized training programs that have been provided
  • Body composition assessments and progress tracking
  • Digital content, guides, or educational materials once accessed
  • Community access and networking benefits received

2.2 Partial Month Services

If you cancel mid-month, you will retain access to services for the remainder of your billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

3. Program-Specific Refund Policies

3.1 Starter Program ($197/month)

  • Cancellation: 7 days' notice required
  • Refund Window: None for delivered services
  • Digital Materials: Non-refundable once accessed
  • Unused Sessions: May be credited to following month if cancelled with proper notice

3.2 Elite Program ($497/month)

  • Cancellation: 30 days' notice required
  • Personal Training: Unused sessions credited to final month
  • WhatsApp Access: Immediate termination upon cancellation
  • Community Access: Retained for 30 days post-cancellation
  • Custom Programs: Non-refundable once delivered

3.3 Titan Program ($1,497/month)

  • Cancellation: 60 days' notice required
  • Meal Delivery: 14 days' notice for meal plan cancellation
  • Premium Services: Pro-rated credit for unused premium sessions
  • Intensive Support: Non-refundable once initiated
  • VIP Access: Immediate termination upon cancellation

4. The Alpha Promise Guarantee

Get visible abs in 90 days or we'll personally fly to wherever you are and train you for free until you do.

4.1 Guarantee Requirements

To qualify for our Alpha Promise Guarantee, you must:

  • Complete Adherence: Follow 100% of nutrition and training protocols
  • Documentation: Provide daily meal logs and workout completion records
  • Progress Tracking: Submit weekly progress photos and measurements
  • Communication: Attend all scheduled check-ins and sessions
  • Honesty: Report any deviations or challenges immediately
  • Commitment: Maintain Elite or Titan program membership

4.2 Guarantee Process

Day 1-30: Program initiation and baseline establishment

Day 31-60: Progress monitoring and program adjustments

Day 61-90: Final phase and results assessment

Day 91+: If visible abs not achieved, guarantee activation

4.3 Guarantee Limitations

  • Valid only for Elite and Titan program members
  • Requires medical clearance and absence of conditions preventing results
  • Does not apply if client fails to meet adherence requirements
  • Limited to one guarantee activation per client
  • Subject to coach availability and travel feasibility

5. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

5.1 Medical Emergencies

In case of serious illness, injury, or medical emergency that prevents program participation:

  • Program may be paused with medical documentation
  • Services can be resumed when medically cleared
  • No refunds, but services may be extended
  • Case-by-case evaluation with compassionate consideration

5.2 Relocation

  • Within Bali: Services continue as normal
  • Outside Bali: Transition to remote coaching at reduced rate
  • Different Time Zone: Schedule adjustments accommodated
  • Temporary Travel: Remote support provided during travel

5.3 Force Majeure

In events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.):

  • Services may be suspended without refund
  • Alternative delivery methods will be implemented
  • Service extensions may be provided
  • Remote coaching options will be offered

6. Cancellation Process

6.1 How to Cancel

To cancel your coaching program:

  • Email: Send cancellation request to contact@bali-transformation.com
  • WhatsApp: Message +33 6 78 49 61 26 with cancellation request
  • In Person: Inform your coach during a training session
  • Required Info: Full name, program type, reason for cancellation

6.2 Cancellation Timeline

Starter Program: 7 days notice
Elite Program: 30 days notice
Titan Program: 60 days notice

6.3 What Happens After Cancellation

  • Billing stops at the end of your current cycle
  • Access to services continues until cycle end
  • Digital materials remain accessible for 30 days
  • Community access varies by program (see program-specific policies)
  • Unused sessions may be credited as specified above

7. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving any concerns and finding mutually beneficial solutions.

7.1 Chargeback Policy

  • Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in immediate service termination
  • We will provide all documentation to dispute invalid chargebacks
  • Chargeback fees will be added to any amounts owed
  • Legal action may be pursued for fraudulent chargebacks

7.2 Billing Disputes

  • Workout completion confirmations
  • Weekly progress photos (front, side, back)
  • Body measurement records
  • Sleep and stress level tracking

9.3 Disqualifying Actions

  • Missing more than 10% of scheduled sessions
  • Failing to follow nutrition protocols
  • Providing false information or documentation
  • Inappropriate behavior toward staff or community
  • Sharing proprietary content without permission

  • Remote coaching options for location changes

  • Payment plan options for temporary financial hardship
  • Service credits for unused sessions
  • Extended payment terms by arrangement
